Refund policy

3-Day Return Window: You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility Criteria: Items must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items: Opened personal care products, hygiene items, and customized goods cannot be returned due to safety and health regulations.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Returns: Approved COD returns are refunded as store credit valid for 1 year. Card payments are refunded directly to the original card.

Return Shipping Fee: An AED 15 return collection fee applies unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
